Your Education and training may equip you to succeed at a task or a process. Your experience of a process or organisation may equip you to Manage a function. These personal attributes are about your past successes.
To succeed as a leader, you will need to be able to create and communicate a Vision for the future and convince your team to trust you to guide them toward that future.
Your Leadership then is about developing your Character which arises from three things:

- Your Traits and Preferences
- Your Emotional Intelligence
